The Channel of EX7000 is the same as the home network in internet surfing mode. Any device in the network can now read/write simultaneously from the USB hard drive connected to the EX7000 at a much higher speed than any competing router in its category. But now you can simply plug in your USB external hard drive to the USB port of the router instead of connecting to each and every computer when required. Most consumers buy external hard drives to store the content besides the desktop hard drives. Many of the same files now need to be routinely accessed by multiple PCs, gaming consoles and other devices connected to the network. In your home today, you connect multiple PCs and other devices to the network. What can I do with ReadySHARE USB Storage Access? Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) is a standard for easy and secure establishment of a wireless network. Thus we suggest you redo the EX7000 Smart Setup to configure EX7000 again. Not the most original story ever, but I’ve seen worse video game plots (Mass Effect Andromeda). ![]() ![]() So now that we got context, how’s the game? Well, it is one of the cheapest action games I’ve ever seen on the PS2 and that’s saying something. Sometimes they land, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they’ll stand there with their thumb up their ass, taking the beating. Other times, they’re beating the shit out of you mercilessly, especially if they got weapons. It’s not too much of a problem, since you can find healing items all over the place, but if you are in a bad spot, enemies can drain your health, lives and continues in seconds. And no, lives and continues are not the same in this game, for some reason. You get three lives at the start of the game, and when those run out, you use a continue. Why not just have six lives, I don’t know. The game also allows you to pick up weapons, but enemies drain the health from those faster than yours. I don’t know if they make much of a difference from your fists though. If you hit an enemy while they’re blocking, it drains the health from your weapon. Sometimes, you could get a new katana with full health, and because the enemy loves blocking, you’ll lose the weapon completely. I know it’s not much of a difference, but anyway to break up the dull fights faster, I’ll take it. These fights really start to drag after the first few. At first, it was hilarious watching enemies jump around, glide through the air in this awkward position, scream like deranged monkeys and use the same voice clip over and over, but after you get over that, like any other joke, it gets less and less funny the more you hear it until it just gets annoying. I eventually gave up on this game after losing all my lives because the dodge was shit and I ended up dying due to, I assume fall damage. There was no poisonous fog when I hit the ground, so I don’t know what it was. One minute you’ll be walking down this barren hellscape that looks like the pits of Hell itself, and the next, you’re on a beach with blue ocean and islands.Īlso the game overuses poisonous fog all the time, so there’s that. I don’t even know if that’s what it is, but the use of colors and bland textures are so baffling that I can’t understand what it is. Aside from a few things you could probably laugh at with your friends, this game is a drab mess. I was kinda hoping it would be a hilarious disaster, but it’s honestly the most boring game here. It doesn’t give me the blistering fury that Game Party did or scare me with the monstrous Oompa-Loompa’s like Charlie & the Chocolate Factory. It’s just a boring adventure game. The Snowspeeder is a light flying vehicle used by the Rebel Alliance. They were featured in the Empire Strikes Back and since then have appeared in a many Star Wars-related games. In the orignial game and its sequel, Snowspeeders appear on Hoth map in all modes, where they're spawned from the Rebel-controlled hangar. It is controlled in the same way as all starfighters and thus is very fast, can be boosted or slowed down, perform evasive maneuovres and will only fire their weapons while in the air. ![]() Their primary attack is a rapid-fire laser cannon that has infinite ammo, but can overheat. The secondary attack, as usual can be fired once every 5 seconds and inflicts large damage in a moderate AoE. Both weapons can kill infantry in one shot, and do considerable damage to vehicles: combined fire can easily destroy any turret and deal considerable damage to an AT-ST in one dive.Īs the speeder passes AT-AT, it can also fire the cable with the harpoon gun: the cable will hook onto its legs, and additional two passes will completely entagle them, causing it to crash and die after a 10 second-long animation. As the harpoon gun is controlled by a different person, you have to have to people in the cockpit to pull this off. ![]() The last node level is added in Ulysses as an unordered list because that’s how MindNode exports to Markdown, so subtopic 3.1 and 3.2 are lists. ![]() Any annotation on a node will appear as simple text below the topic where you can develop the ideas. It is still very powerful but because you don’t see and need to use all features right away. Ulysses uses Markup-based editor, which means, it gets out of the way when writing so you don’t waste time and be distracted by fonts, colours, rules and tons of features. Just like MindNode, it is very versatile, works with iCloud and both macOS and iOS, so you can seamlessly write in all those platforms. ![]() Ulysses is another writing tool that helps in organising writing in sheets that can be moved around, grouped together, and exported to several formats such as PDF, HTML, ePub and Word. When using iOS, use the share sheet to select export to markdown format followed by the send to app and copy to Ulysses. On macOS, save it to a file first that you can open or drag into Ulysses later. Once you are done at least with main structure of the text topics, you can export it using the markdown format. The annotation to the right helps remembering ideas you want to develop later. I made a very simple example with an introduction node, few topics and sub-topics. Using MindNode you can describe ideas in topics, sub-topics to several levels, design lists and annotate general idea of the text you are going to write. And again, the best tool fits your workflow and blends in! The topic is extensive, mind mapping can do a lot and I recommend checking out tools and ideas. I am describing a flow using MindNode for macOS and iOS because files can be stored in iCloud and I can switch from my desktop to iPad and iPhone and draw everywhere (and it is beautiful), however there are numerous tools around similar, for Windows and online for use directly within web browsers. They are similar to paper and white boarding and post-it likes but with the advantage of being able to quickly move ideas around, erase, insert, annotate, export and share. One of the many tools used for connecting ideas, developing project requirements and GTD (getting things done) list is mind mapping. It is up to everyone finding the best workflow, and working on short texts such as blogs, minor essays, I’ve found that having a structure ahead of the content can help when developing. Given that one of the founding principles of Tidal is to offer a (slightly) more reasonable deal to the artists whose music it features, you won’t be staggered to learn it has the better of Spotify where this sort of thing is concerned. Pay more and genuinely high-resolution audio is on the menu, as well as spatial audio mixes.īasically, if you’re willing to spend, spend on Tidal. Pay the same amount as you’ll pay for Spotify and the music you have access to is far less compressed. But once you start talking about paying for these streaming services, Tidal makes a very compelling case for itself. Given that Spotify can be yours for free, it’s hard to suggest it’s anything other than good value. In truth, Tidal has copped a lot from Spotify’s design and interface - but it’s no less usable and effective for that. Really, the biggest differences here are aesthetic. ![]() Legible fonts and logical navigation? Check and check again. They can trip themselves up, though - it seems unlikely I’ll ever forget the time Spotify recommended Nat King Cole to me on the basis I enjoyed listening to Patti Smith. Most of the time they’re both pretty successful, and not as predictable as you might imagine. They’ll also both recommend artists you may not have listened to. Both Spotify and Tidal will present the user with personalized playlists, based on listening history and algorithmic jiggery-pokery. There’s not a huge amount of difference here. Tidal has a very similar feature now, called - can you guess? - ‘Tidal Connect’. But the advantage it held for quite a while with ‘Spotify Connect‘, which allows paying customers to stream directly to systems on a common network, has lately been removed. Tidal has to make do with integration into Apple CarPlay. Spotify’s ‘Car Thing’ (a little touchscreen device to enable safe and stable streaming while you’re driving) is a nice point of difference. And naturally enough both Spotify and Tidal support Google Chromecast and Apple AirPlay. It’s available on iOS too, and can be integrated into your Sonos system. Tidal can be accessed via quite a few televisions, too - it’s pretty much a fixture on the Android TV interface. Its app also shows up on any number of smart TV interfaces. Spotify is available on the most recent Sony and Microsoft games consoles, for example, and can be accessed on quite a few smartwatches and other connected wearables too. Obviously both services have been working on making themselves available on as wide a variety of platforms as possible. ![]() Spotify has been promising a ‘HiFi’ tier of its own for quite a while now - but details (of the launch date, of the number of titles that will be available, and of exactly what ‘HiFi’ means in this context) remain sketchy in the extreme. ‘Tidal Masters’ use MQA technology to stream at a giddy 9216kbps. A top-of-the-shop ‘HiFi Plus’ subscription, meanwhile, buys access to some music mastered in Sony 360 Reality Audio and Dolby Atmos spatial audio, plus access to millions of truly high-resolution audio titles. Tidal, by way of contrast, streams at a CD-quality 1411kbps on its ‘HiFi’ tier. If you’re paying for Spotify, rather than using the free tier, everything comes across at 320kbps. ![]() Spotify’s streams run at three compression rates: a frankly miserly 96kbps, 160kbps and 320kbps. Here’s where the most significant differences between Spotify and Tidal can be found. Unless you’ve particularly catholic tastes (I am still waiting for Ginger Thompson’s glorious Boy Watcher to show up on either service), you’ll be able to find the content you’re after on either Spotify or Tidal. When you’re talking about numbers of this size, it’s obvious there’s a massive amount of overlap between the two libraries - the likes of Neil Young and Joni Mitchell notwithstanding. ![]() ![]() The trellis-inspired structure could have a protective top to keep out the rain and can add much-needed curb appeal.
